1. Is LGP Investment a licensed investment company?

No. LGP Investment is a registered private limited company in Zambia. We do not operate as a public investment company and we are not licensed to offer securities to the general public. We work through private partnership agreements with selected individuals and organisations.

2. What is the LGP Partnership Program?

The LGP Partnership Program is a private arrangement where partners provide agreed capital to fund our approved projects. In return, they receive fixed monthly payouts and their capital is returned at the end of the agreed term.

3. How much do I need to join as a Direct Partner?

The minimum capital for direct partnerships is K100,000. This provides a fixed payout of K10,000 per month for the duration of the term.

4. Can I join with a smaller amount?

Yes. You can join a Group Partnership starting from as low as K1,000. Funds are pooled together, and profits are shared proportionally through the group leader.

5. How much will I earn as a partner?

Direct partners receive a fixed 10% monthly payout based on their capital. Group partners receive a proportional share of the group’s payout.

6. Is my capital guaranteed?

While all projects are carefully vetted and managed, business always carries some risk. However, our partnership agreements include terms that commit us to returning the principal capital at the end of the term, unless otherwise agreed.

7. When will I receive my payouts?

Payouts are made monthly on an agreed date stated in the partnership agreement.

8. What sectors do you invest in?

We fund and manage projects in Agriculture & Agro-Processing, Real Estate Development, Transport & Logistics, Technology & AI Integration, and Trading & Market Ventures.

9. How do I become a partner?

Partnership is by invitation or referral only. Once accepted, you’ll: 1. Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. 2. Sign the partnership agreement. 3. Transfer your agreed capital. 4. Start receiving fixed monthly payouts.

10. Can I end my partnership early?

No, but early exit terms will be stated in your agreement and may affect payouts.
